Owor Paul is a Ugandan politician and businessman.[1][2] In the 2021 Ugandan general election, he vied for the parliamentary seat in Busiro South Constituency in Wakiso District with Charles Matovu and Peter Ssematimba.[3][4][5]
Education[edit]
Owor completed his Primary Leaving Exams at Kiwafu Primary School in Entebbe in Wakiso district. He finished his Uganda Certificate of Education at Turkish Light Academy.[6] He completed his Uganda Advanced Certificate from St. Lawrence Creamland campus in 2010.
In 2014, he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Procurement and Supply Management from Makerere University Business School, a school of business of Makerere University, Uganda.[7]

Owor serves is the CEO and founder of Shinrai Construction Company, a construction company in Uganda[6] and also he is the founder of Gifted Music Group, a music label group.[8][9][10]
Politics[edit]
In 2021 Ugandan general election, Owor contested as an Independent Candidate for the parliamentary seat of Busiro South constituency in Wakiso District.[11][12][13][1] He garnered 16,418 votes behind Charles Matovu.[14][15][10][5]
