P.C. is the artistic name of the young photographer (born in 1988) in London, U.K. Particularly P.C is a specialized fine-art photographer and contemporary artist. He graduated at Camberwell College of Arts with a modest academic degree with his project 'Paul Getty Photos'.[1]
