Parcelhub is an e-commerce delivery management service provider with offices based in Nottingham, Sheffield and Coventry. The company was acquired by Whistl[1] in June 2018.

The company provides a service which allows merchants and brands to manage delivery and customer service processes from a centralised hub. Their service also enables retailers to connect with Magento, Linnworks, Volo Commerce, Shopify and WooCommerce, as well as customer service software providers including ReplyManager and Freshdesk.

History

The company was founded in 2010 by Mark Rosenberg and Steven Riley, after significant growth of sister company Mail Workshop. Other than their headquarters in Nottingham, Parcelhub expanded into Scotland in 2017.[2] In April 2018 Parcelhub launched "The Shipping and Tracking Portal". Furthermore, the company launched its 'e-commerce customer support' solution in March 2015.[3]
