Parcelhub is an e-commerce delivery management service provider with offices based in Nottingham, Sheffield and Coventry. The company was acquired by Whistl[1] in June 2018.

The company provides a service which allows merchants and brands to manage delivery and customer service processes from a centralised hub. Their service also enables retailers to connect with Magento, Linnworks, Volo Commerce, Shopify and WooCommerce, as well as customer service software providers including ReplyManager and Freshdesk.

History[edit]

The company was founded in 2010 by Mark Rosenberg and Steven Riley; after significant growth of sister company Mail Workshop. Other than their headquarters in Nottingham, Parcelhub expanded into Scotland in 2017.[2] In April 2018 Parcelhub launched "The Shipping and Tracking Portal". Furthermore, the company launched its 'e-commerce customer support' solution in March 2015.[3]
