Park Soo-young (Hangul박수영;born September 3, 1996), known by the stage name Joy, is a South Korean singer and dancer. She is the youngest member of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet.

Biography

Joy was born on September 3, 1996. She became part of S.M. Entertainment through an audition at the 'SM Global Audition' in Seoul in 2012.[1] She has been trained for two years through SM's 'Star-in-the-making" incubating system. She has two sisters.

Career

Red Velvet

Joy made her official debut with Red Velvet on August 1, 2014. [2] She holds the position of singer, lead rapper and is the youngest of the group.
