Parry's Corner, Chennai is a neighbourhood and a business hub in Chennai district, Tamil Nadu, India. It is well-known for having its second oldest business house in India. A British Engineer viz., Popham designed this settlement.[1] It was called Black Town, marked for the residents/people who lived here at that time because of the so called White Town (St. Fort George) where the English people resided.
This neighbourhood is occupied by so many Government and private establishments. To name a few are: Port, Madras High Court, financial facilities, State bus terminus, law chambers, Kuralagam, business houses, traders, cultural buildings, suburban railway stations, metro train stations, temples and churches.

It is located in George Town, Chennai at an altitude of 10 m and at the coordinates of 13°05'22.5"N 80°17'17.6"E of Earth. It is situated in ward 60 of Royapuram zone (number 5) of Greater Chennai Corporation.

This neighbourhood is bounded in the direction of North by Errabalu street, West by Prakasam Salai (Broadway road), East by Rajaji Salai and South by NSC (Nethaji Subhash Chandra) Bose road, Chennai. This neighbourhood plays an important role in the wholesale business of textiles, electrical appliances, utilities, motors, pumpsets, metallic and non-metallic goods, plastics, stationeries, cereals, pulses, groceries, hardwares, rubber products, printing materials, bags, novelties, decorative items and so on.[1]
E.I.D. - Parry (India) Limited (a business registered by Thomas Parry on 12 February 1789) here is the second oldest business house in the country, which is a listed company engaged in the business of sugar and nutraceuticals.[2][3] This neighbourhood is named after this business facility located at the corner of the junction of three roads.
