Patso

Patso is a sandwich originally made with french fries. Generally, ketchup and mayonnaise are used as sauces.^[1] Nowadays, shops called patsos have increased in number. It is thought that patso first spread from Üsküdar. It has become widespread thanks to its cheap and easy labor and has become a fast food type frequently preferred by students.
