The Philippine Normal University Mindanao (PNUM; Filipino: Pamantasang Normal ng Pilipinas Mindanao), commonly known as PNU Mindanao, is the second regional branch of the Philippine Normal University located in the municipality of Prosperidad in the province of Agusan del Sur.

Aside from offering teacher education, it has initiated activities for the preservation of folk arts, music, dance and rituals of the Manobos and Higaonons of the province.

In 2012, PNU Agusan was designated as a Multicultural Education Hub[1] and was renamed as Philippine Normal University Mindanao in 2014.[2]

In 1982, the Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in English Language Teaching. Eventually, the specializations were expanded to include Mathematics, General Science, Home Economics, Filipino, and Social Studies.
