This list documents known posting restrictions on the news aggregator platform Voat.co, a Reddit alternative that describes itself as a censorship-free platform.
CCP restrictions[edit]

Other restrictions[edit]
- Can't edit post or comment sooner than 15 seconds after last edit, but immediately editable after initial posting.
- Ninja-editing (editing quick enough after posting that the comment is not marked as edited) doesn't exist on Voat.
- One comment, submission and direct message per 30 seconds (antispam and server usage measure)
- The same URL can only be posted twice per 24 hours by the same user anywhere on Voat
- Two identical comments can not be posted by the same user within an unknown time span.
- Frequent downtimes[1]
