Practical High School
Practical High School(PHS), Sikatiya, Siwan, is a school in Siktiya, Siwan, Bihar, India.[1] It was established in 1941[1] as a private school by late. Saryug Saran Dev but due to some legal issues, he handed it over to Bihar Government and it became affiliated to the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, Bihar.[2] The school code as per Bihar Education Government is 92096.[2] Late. Saryug Saran Dev was the first principal and also the founder of the school. But at present, Mr. Rajeshwar Singh[3] is the Principal.

The school has library facilities in the building. The facility is available to students during school hours. A total of 104+ books[1][clarification needed] are available in the library, of different varieties from Historical to Modern. All classes are provided with at least one library period per week.

Buildings
The school has its own building including three blocks: girls, boys, and office and Administrative. No class or room is for instructional purposes. The school has separate rooms for teachers and the principal. A boundary surrounds the whole school including its playground along its perimeter. The source of drinking water is a handpump and it is functional.
