Publish or Perish is a 2022 American dark comedy film written and directed by David Liban, produced by Jonathan Miller and David Liban. It stars Timothy McCracken, James Shanklin, Mark Wilson, Anastasia Davidson, Caitlyn Miller, Nick James, Caleb Liban and Katie Michels.
Logline[edit]
An obsessive college professor relentlessly pursues tenure, no matter what it takes or who has to die.
Synopsis[edit]
Jim Bowden scores his dream job as an english professor at a college in Colorado. His bigger goal is to one day be tenured. On the day he is to hand in his tenure dossier, he accidentally runs over one of his students. Does he do the right thing and bring the student to the hospital or hand in his materials? His decision causes his life to spiral out of control.
