) is a 1995 Indian Malayalam-language comedy film written and directed by Rafi Mecartin. It stars Jayaram, Prem Kumar, Annie, Innocent, Captain Raju and Rajan P. Dev. The music was composed by S. P. Venkatesh.[1][2]
Plot
Ganabhooshanam Girish (Jayaram) and Ganabhooshanam Satish (Prem Kumar) are Kadhaprasangam artists. Both are orphans. Geethu (Annie), Anitha (Vinduja Menon) and Sumathi (Praseetha Menon) are students living in a girls hostel near Girish and Satish's home. Anitha and Sumathi prank Girish by sending a love letter to him with Geethu's name.
At this time, Pillai (Innocent) came to meet Geethu and tell her that they are looking for some stage artist for their upcoming temple festival programs at their village, Puthukotta. Many stage artists reject their invitation to perform at Puthukotta because they think Puthukotta is a dangerous place due to the ongoing conflict between two families, Madassery and Palathara. Anitha and Sumathi suggest inviting Girish and Satish for a Kadhaprasangam show. Both girls knew about the danger and wanted to trap the Kadhaprasangam artists. The artists agree to perform at Puthukotta without knowing about the ongoing conflict.
The main plot revolves around how these two artists get involved in the conflict between the two families and what happens when Girish comes to know that Geethu's love letter was just a prank by Anitha and Sumathi.
