R. K. Mohapatra
Rabindra Kumar Mohapatra (known as R. K. Mohapatra ) was born in 1963 a prominent Odia Hindu family at Bhadrak. He is a cost and Management accountant by profession and an Author, Blogger, writer, and speaker by passion. He is the author of Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Mutual Funds Powerful Investment Avenue for Individuals.[1][2][3][4][5]
He is an Economics (Hons) graduate from Utkal University in 1983. He completed the Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) course in the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) of the Kolkata-1988 batch. He subsequently secured an MBA in Finance in 2007 from Leading University in Sylhet, Bangladesh.
Mohapatra is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), UK.[6]

- R .K. Mohapatra was awarded the "IRCON Managing Director award” in 1999-2000, to recognize his work for the company.[7]
- He was inducted into the Individual Excellence Category of the "Hall of Fame" at the 19th Asian HR Leadership Awards 2021 on 15 July 2021.[8]
- He was awarded an "Eminent Author Award" at the 32nd Dr. S. Radha Krishnan Memorial, National Media Network Awards-2016 for his meticulous bestselling book, "Retirement Planning – A Simple Guide for Individuals" in New Delhi.[9]
- CMA R K Mohapatra, General Manager/Finance, IRCON, has bagged the super prestigious Indian Glory Awards, "Best Writer of the Year 2022," for sheer outstanding talent and impressive writing skills.[10]
- In recognition of R K Mohapatra's contribution to the literary field, he has been honored with the Bharatiya Sahitya Ratna Award-Best Author by the Global Scholars Foundation. [11]
