Rad Power Bikes founded in 2007 in Seattle, Washington, United States, is a brand and manufacturer of electric bicycles.

Rad Power Bikes was founded as a sole proprietorship by Mike Radenbaugh in 2007. The company’s business model is direct to consumer and it designs its products in-house at its Seattle headquarters.[1] It has additional offices in Vancouver, British Columbia; Utrecht, Netherlands; Taipei, Taiwan; and Shanghai, China.[2] Rad Power Bikes has five retail stores and more than 20 Rad Mobile Service locations.[3]
Rad Power Bikes has raised a total of $329 million in investments since its inception in 2007. More recently, in 2021, Rad Power Bikes raised $150 million in February 2021 and another $154 million in October 2021. As the largest ebike brand in North America, Rad Power Bikes has more than 350,000 customers presently riding its electric bikes.[4][5][6]
