Radiance Realty Developers India Limited is a real estate firm based in Chennai, India. It was founded in 2012 by Mr. Varun Manian who is also the Managing Director of the firm. The company develops residential properties like luxury villas and apartments across Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Dubai.[1]

The Properties Division of NAPC limited (Estd 1949) evolved as Radiance Realty Developers India Limited in 2007. the original capital of 0.01Cr was subscribed by Mrs. Rajini Manian and Mr. Varun Manian.
Subsequent investments were made by Mr. Varun Manian & Mr. K.S.Manian to the tune of Rs.95Cr. Today the networth of the company is Rs.175Cr.
Projects[edit]
Radiance Address (rentals and resale), Radiance Facility Force (facility management) and Radiance Home Interior Solutions (Interiors) are subsidiaries of Radiance Realty.
In 2018, they launched HQ10 Primus and HQ10 Bristol, co-working spaces cum private offices at Guindy, Chennai.[2]
Social Causes[edit]
In January 2019, Radiance Realty Developers Limited funded the revamping of Besant Memorial Animal Dispensary (BMAD) located in Besant Nagar, Chennai.[3]
