The Radical Association is a liberal grassroots political group closely associated with the Liberal Democrats. Its stated purpose is to fight for a "radical, distinctive and pro-EU identity for the Liberal Democrats"[1]. The association was founded in 2016[2], following the 2016 referendum on membership of the European Union and the end of the Coalition government.
