Rahul Sankrityan (born 29 June 1987) is an Indian filmmaker, who works in Telugu launguage film industry. He has directed three films, The End (2014), Taxiwaala (2018) and Shyam Singha Roy (2021).

Career[edit]
Before entering into the film industry, he was an IT employee. He worked at Infosys Limited.
Later he resigned his job to fulfill his dream of making films. His first film was a Horror/thriller movie named “The End” which released in 2014. The film was not a commercial hit, but he mentioned that some top directors in Tollywood like Sukumar said him not to leave the industry and work on more movies. He directed a film without working as an Assistant Director.
He said that he learned by taking notes in his daily life. His second film was also a Horror/Thriller named “Taxiwaala” which released in the year 2018. The film had Vijay Devarakonda in the lead role alongside Priyanka Jawalkar as his lady love interest.
The film had so much CGI. The film leaked online before its initial release. The leaked version was without VFX and CGI. The film became a huge hit. Now he made his mark in Tollywood.
