Raken is a construction management software company founded in 2012, with headquarters in Carlsbad, California.

History[edit]

Founders Kyle Slager and Sergey Sundukovskiy both worked on construction projects over summer vacations in high school and college, inspiring them to build a construction software with a mobile-first design that allowed for easier daily reporting in the field.[1]

In 2014, Raken launched the first version of their mobile app.[1][2]

In 2017, Raken raised $2 million in a seed round of funding.[3] In 2018, Raken raised $10 million in a first round of venture capital funding.[4]

Software[edit]

Raken’s cloud-based construction management software is used by superintendents, project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and foremen to streamline project management and communication.[1] The software includes features for daily reporting, time tracking, production tracking, and safety management. [2]

Raken software integrates with several third party softwares, including Procore, Sage 300 CRE, and Viewpoint Vista.[5]
