Real Matters, Inc. is a global provider of financial services technology. The company primarily provides property valuation services across North America through its primary subsidiary Solidifi as well as providing property and casualty (P&C) insurance inspections through iv3CUS. Established in 2004,[1] Real Matters was recognized as one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies.[2] Real Matters has been ranked among the top 25 fastest growing (in terms of revenue) technology companies in North America for five consecutive years (2010–2014).[3] Real Matters' global head office is located in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada suburb of Markham a known technology hub and its US head office is in Buffalo, NY.

Subsidiaries[edit]
Solidifi a real estate appraisal management company, that provides real estate appraisals and collateral risk products to Banks.[5] and IV3CUS a property inspection company which provides property inspections and property risk assessment products to property and casualty insurers.[6]
Acquisitions[edit]
In August 2010, Real Matters, Inc. subsidiary IV3 Solutions acquired Canadian Underwriting Services. The company renamed the joint entity IV3CUS.[7]
In January 2013, Real Matters, Inc. subsidiary Solidifi acquired Buffalo, NY appraisal management company Kirchmeyer & Associates, the acquisition propelled Solidifi to be the 3rd largest independent valuation company in the US.[8]
In May 2015, Real Matters, Inc. subsidiary Solidifi acquired Cincinnati, OH based Southwest Financial Services a provider of outsourced services to home equity lenders.[9]
In April 2016, Real Matters, Inc. subsidiary Solidifi acquired Middletown, RI title search and closing provider Linear Title and Closing for up to $96 million subject to certain performance metrics.[10]
