Realtor.ca is a real estate company that lists residential and commercial properties available for leasing or sale in Canada. It is one of the most visited sites in the country and is currently the #1 most visited real estate website in Canada.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]

Realtor.ca is a website owned and managed by the CREA, the Canadian Real Estate Association. CREA launched a new, improved version of the site with more straightforward search functions, enhanced homebuyer, and mortgage calculators and access to highly anticipated school catchment areas. CREA works on behalf of 125,000 REALTORS who contribute to the economic and social well-being of communities across Canada.
In 2016, the CREA and the Association of Saskatchewan Realtors partnered with third-party customer satisfaction firm RealSatisfied on test pilot of syndication of agent reviews for the company.
The site features an extensive sales data application which allows users to view past sales data without a password. This was voted in by the CREA's Board of Directors in 2018, "in order to meet consumer demand and at the request of Realtors and boards."
In 2018, the site had 260 million website visits, 885 million property views, and 2.7 leads were sent to realtors across Canada.
Realtor.ca offers a mobile app that users can search for properties based on their location.Realtor.ca post database of properties for sale or lease on MLS(Multiple Listing Service)systems. This firm works with OREB to reach out to the buyers from Canada.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
