Business Operations[edit]
Reddico was started in 2012 by brothers Nick and Luke Redding near to Tonbridge in Kent, England.[2]
The company offer search engine optimisation (SEO), paid search and social media services. In its first year, the company turned over £100,000 in business, this had increased to £1,000,000 by 2017. Clients include News UK, Direct Line and BlackRock.[2] The company relies on referrals rather than conventional marketing efforts,[3] and since September 2018 has had a flexible working scheme where employees can take unlimited days off and work whenever they want.[4][5][6]
Awards and rankings lists[edit]
