Renaissance Trilogy
The Renaissance Trilogy is an ongoing trilogy by American singer Beyoncé, consisting of three recorded projects.[1] Designated into acts, the trilogy was conceived and recorded over three years during the COVID-19 pandemic.[2] Beyoncé's seventh studio album Renaissance (2022), also referred to as Act I: Renaissance, is the first installment.[3] The second is set to be released on March 29, 2024.[4]

Beyoncé's seventh studio album Renaissance was released on July 29, 2022, by Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records as the first installment of the trilogy. On July 28, 2022, mere hours before the release of the album, Beyoncé shared a page from its album booklet on her website, revealing that Renaissance was the first of a "three-act project".[5]
Act II
Immediately after the Super Bowl LVIII, Beyoncé announced the second act of the trilogy, featuring a new song called "Texas Hold 'Em", as well as another new song "16 Carriages" through her website. The album is set for release on March 29, 2024.[4]
