RentSeeker Inc. is a Canada based online real estate listings search platform, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.[1]

History[edit]

RentSeeker Inc. was founded by Chaim Rivlin in 2009. As an early adopter on social media, RentSeeker.ca built up a large following on popular social media networks including Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.[2] The company began providing additional digital marketing services including property videos, 3-D floor plans to its users.[3]

Real Estate Data Reporting[edit]

In 2015, RentSeeker.ca launched it’s real estate data reporting on the Canadian home and rental markets. Their real estate data reports have become the authentic source for economists, financial institutions and media outlets. Its data features average rental costs, vacancy rates, and home prices across the country.[4][5][6][7][8]

Strategic Partnerships[edit]

In November 2012, Kijiji entered into a listing partnership with Rentseeker.ca in Canada.[9][10][11]

In September, 2018 Facebook partnered with RentSeeker for expanded Marketplace rental in Canada.[12][13][14][15]
