Rijo Raphael (Hindi: रिजो राफेल, Malayalam: റിജോ റാഫേൽ; born February 11, 1990) is a web designer[1], graphic designer, flash animator, video editor and an artist from Thrissur, Kerala, India. He is mainly known for his work designing websites in India. He has made an entry into the Guinness World Records[2] for being a participant of Buon Natale[3][4] Thrissur, which had on December 27, 2014[5] for having the largest number of people dressed up as Santa Claus (18,112 people) with red-and-white costumes.
Early life
Rijo was born in Thrissur, as the eldest son of Parackal Rappayi Jacob and Omana on February 11, 1990, at Jubilee Mission Hospital, and he has a younger sister, Riya Raphael. He studied at H.R.C L.P School, Nadathara till his fourth grade, after that he studied at St. Antony's U.P School Paravattani from fifth to seventh standard and eighth to S.S.L.C. at St.Thomas H.S.S. Thope, Thrissur. Then he joined Maser college, Pattikkad and completed his pre degree (Plus one and Plus two - Biology Science) there. After that, he joined a course named SMART(Multimedia Animation Research and Training) which is a Professional Diploma in Multimedia Animation (PDMA). In 2009 he joined as a web developer in a private IT company, which is named Credize and formerly known as teamsprouts. But after three years he resigned from his job and continued to study for a degree at Sri C. Achutha Menon Government College, Kuttanellur with regular classes. He is a B.sc. graduate in computer science. He started his career as a front-end web developer and as an artist but later concentrated on UI Designing. He worked as a graphic designer at Kallyan graphics, Nellikunnu for several months and later moved to Cochin for UI designing.

2009-2012
Rijo started his career at Teamsprouts, Thrissur, currently known as Credize, and lasted for three years.
2012-2015
From 2012 to 2015, Rijo did freelance graphic design, web design and art work at home.
2015-2017
During 2015 and 2017, Rijo Raphael worked in some flex design companies including Kalyan Graphics with freelance work.
2017-2018
In the beginning of the year 2017, Rijo moved from Thrissur to Ernakulam for a professional job. There he joined an IT company in Kakkanad, Infopark as a UI Designer.
