Riki Bleau is the co-founder of Since '93 Records, a joint venture with Sony Music UK. He is a prominent supporter of Black entrepreneurs in the UK, serving on the committee of the Black Business Association,[1] and supporting Black Pound Day in London.[2]
Career Overview
Bleau began as a rap artist, but found that his flair for business outweighed his drive as a performer.[3] In 2002, he started working for Channel U (UK), becoming Head of Music & Promotions, with responsibility for uncovering UK rap talent.[4] In 2008, he entered music publishing, his first signing being Labrinth. He went on to sign Naughty Boy and a young Sam Smith.

In 2018, Bleau co-founded Since '93 Records, which is named after the year in which he became involved in music.[5]
Other Interests
Bleau is a qualified FIFA Agent, and has several other entrepreneurial interests, such as property and clothing. He is co-founder of G293 Publishing.[6][7]
