Rimpy Prince[1] [2] are an Indian music video director , film director, music composer and producer duo consisting of Padamjit Singh and Harpreet Singh. They are mainly associated with Punjabi entertainment industry. They have done more than 1000 music videos, 2 feature films.
Early life and career[edit]
Rimpy (an alias for Padamjit Singh) and Prince (an alias for Harpreet Singh) are siblings duo belonging to Jalandhar, Punjab. This director duo started their journey as Sound Technicians while working with their father, Avtar Singh, in his sound recording studio. Rimpy Prince started their career in 1997. Afterwards they entered Punjabi Cinema at a very early age of their life.
They have launched various singers and till now they have worked with famous artists like Gurdas Mann, Hans Raj Hans, Jazzy B, Gippy Grewal, Diljit Dosanjh, Amrinder Gill, Sherry Mann, Manmohan Waris, Kamal Heer, Sardool Sikander, Preet Harpal, Harjit Harman, Sippy Gill, Sunanada Sharma, Raj Jujhar, Dr, Zeus, Balbir Boparai, Debi Maksoospuri, Yo Yo Honey Singh, Nachattar Gill, Sajjan Adeeb, Babbal Rai, Kaka, Kulwinder Billa, Master Saleem, Roshan Prince etc.
Apart from music videos Rimpy Prince also directed their first film Mini Punjab [3] in 2009 with Gurdas Mann and second film Fer Mamla Gadbad Gadbad [4] [5] with Roshan Prince in 2013.
