Rise Of Kingdoms is a freemium mobile strategy video game developed and published by Chinese game developer Lilith Games. The game was released on September 20, 2018.
Rise Of Kingdoms changed the name on March 5 2019, from Rise Of Civilization to Rise Of Kingdoms because of legal reasons.[1] It's of the rarest mobile games that is based on (actual) historical commanders and buildings.

Gameplay[edit]
Real-Time Battles - Battles are not precalculated. They are happening in real-time on the map. You can choose when you want to leave battle or when to join back. Unique Civilizations- you can choose from up to 11 historical civilizations. Every civilization has its own historical architecture units and special advantages.
Exploration & Investigation- in Rise Of kingdoms you have a function to explore the map with scouts. With scouts, you can explore villages, fogs (hidden parts of the map), and spy other players to gather intelligence about their troops, commanders, and resources.
Unrestricted Troop Movements - This feature is why Rise Of Kingdoms is growing every day. You can control your troops how you want and place them where you want. There are no movement limits.
Alliance System - Alliance system in Rise Of Kingdoms is full of features, including built-in translation function, expanded territory. Players can assist their alliance members with resources and reduced building or research time.
RPG Commanders - Rise Of Kingdoms has more than 52 commanders - based on actual historical figures. All commanders are unique with different skills, attributes and design. Every commander has lore based on actual history.
Infinite Zoom - Rise Of Kingdoms is the first game that has infinite Zoom that allows you to transition between barbarians outpost and cities or world view.[3]

Rise Of Kingdoms was developed by Lilith Games. Developers spent a lot of time searching through history books to find fitting lines for each character in his or her native language. To create Infinite zoom feature Rise Of Kingdoms Developers, artists, and programmers spent 90 days. The art team had a goal to allow every player to experience life as the leader of ancient civilizations.[4] Lilith games are using Bluestacks to test Rise Of Kingdoms on PC because its hard to test games on mobile phones.[5]
