Rishi Prakash is an Indian actor who appears predominantly in South Indian languages. He made his debut film with Prithviraj Sukumaran in the movie Memories,[1] directed by Jeethu Joseph. His first movie as lead actor is Oru Caribbean Uddaiypu.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8] In this movie he portrayed the role of Kevin, a music band singer.
Personal life
Rishi Prakash has completed a Masters in Business Management from Anna University and a Graduation in Travel and Tourism Management from Govinda Pai Memorial Government College Manjeshwar, Kannur University, Kerala, India. Before starting his acting career, he was working with the Corporate and Investment Banking Group Mashreq (Bank), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Early career
He was an active stage artist and engaged in the modeling industry. Rishi acted in a few United Arab Emirates based short films and in 2014 he was awarded Best Actor at the Al Ain International Short Film Festival,[9] Al Ain, United Arab Emirates for the seven-minute short movie Demolish, directed by Malayalam film director Anuram. He ventured into the film industry by playing a small role in the blockbuster Malayalam movie Memories (2013 film) directed by Jeethu Joseph. And he appeared in a notable role in Oru Caribbean Uddaiypu,[7] Kalyanism,[10] and Persiakaran[11]
