Rizelle Januk (born 16 March 1991) is a South African actress and model.

Early life[edit]

Januk was born in Durban and grew up in Reservoir Hills. She attended Dr A.D Lazarus Secondary School. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Drama and Performance studies and Media and Cultural studies from Howard College at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.[1] She took an eight-week course at the BGB Studio in Los Angeles.[2]

Januk has been in multiple commercials, short films, Indie and international feature films She is known for The Scorpion King: Book of Souls, directed by Don Michael Paul, - starring Pearl Thusi and Zach McGowan, Kings of Mulberry Street>, directed by Judy Naidoo Wide Eyed and Shadow, directed by Dayakar Padayachee. Wide Eyed was nominated for a prestigious Simon Sabela Award[4] and Shadow for a SAFTA Award [5]

Personal life[edit]

As of 2021, Januk lived in Observatory, Cape Town.[6]
