Roger Jaskoviak, pseudonym Jacob Knight, born February 26, 1938 in Southbridge, Worcester, died October 26, 1994 in Worcester, was a self-taught American visual artist based in New England.[1]
Jaskoviak and his wife, the artist Kerstin Ågren, ran an art school in Brookfield before he became a full-time artist and adopted the pseudonym Jacob Knight.[2]
Roger Jaskoviak was nationally known for his newspaper and cover illustrations, and paintings of New England folk life.[3]
