Ruby Dickulous
Ruby Dickulous (born Jason Jarman) is a Texas-based drag queen, stand-up comedian, podcast host, and licensed realtor. In 2025, she became the first drag queen realtor to appear on HGTV, starring in a special House Hunters episode titled The Queen of House Hunting. Career
Jason Jarman began his professional career in journalism, working at KZTV, the CBS affiliate in Corpus Christi, Texas. He trained under veteran journalist Van Kennedy, a mentor to Walter Cronkite, before transitioning into real estate and stand-up comedy.
