Ryan Campbell (ice hockey)
Ryan Campbell (born April 10, 1970) is a former ice hockey player from Canada.
Campbell began his career for University of Manitoba Bisons in the CIAU. In 1993 Campbell moved to Great Britain where he signed with the Guildford Flames.

Ryan Campbell began his hockey-playing for the University of Manitoba Bisons in the CIAU.
After 5 seasons with the team from (1988-1993), Campbell lies 3rd on the all-time scorers charts. In 190 games, Campbell scored 97 goals and added 128 assists for 225 points.
In 1992-93 he won the R.W. Pugh Award for CIAU Most Sportsmanlike Player.
Guildford Flames[edit]
In 1993 Campbell moved to Great Britain where he signed with the Guildford Flames in the British Hockey League.
He scored 176 points in just 44 league games. He was also influential, along with teammate Paul Thompson, in the purchase of the Flames by Sportfact Ltd. and John Hepburn.
Campbell scored more than 100 points in each of the next two seasons.
As the Flames moved into the British National League, Campbell's scoring dropped, but he continued to be a considerable presence for the Flames on and off the ice, serving as Commercial Manager during his final seasons with the Surrey-based outfit.
Towards the end of the 2000/2001 season Campbell announced he would be retiring at the end of the season.
He helped the club to a historic three trophies and had his #10 jersey retired before the final game of the season against local rivals Basingstoke Bison and returned to Canada.[1]
