SE3K (born 8 April 1995), pronounced as SEEK, is Indian DJ and Record producer from Raipur, India. SE3K started getting early attention after touring college campuses around India along with TribeVibe (A BookMyShow Enterprise), Sunburn Festival.

Early life

SE3K started his journey in 2018 but was into music since his childhood. He started learning music instruments when he was young which in turn helped him to find his sound. The idea behind the mask was to create something beyond all limitations! Someone who is just known for his music and just for music. Believe it or not, but the mask is actually SE3K's way of communication! Communicating his music,

SE3K is influenced by Pop sounds and has his unique identity by fusing Pop sounds along with Electronic Dance Music to give the audience a mixed treat of genres. The mystery person gives himself a voice through his music. Music is a gateway to SE3K's expressions and helps him as a performer to connect and tie-in the emotions with his audience. SE3K has a special blend of various genres in his set making him one of the most promising and emerging acts in India.

Career

SE3K has completed his 'Masked Madness' India tour in March, 2020. The tour covered over 12+ cities and 15+ shows in just one month. The entire plan for the India tour has been in the making for over an year. The success of the tour is entirely predicated on the growing popularity for SE3K in India. SE3K and his team are planning to give a unique experience for the audience in his upcoming tours with the blend of music and visuals.

‘Stars(REMIX) is the first release for SE3K with Bangladeshi-American musician – Sanjoy, Kat Nestel and Sid Sriram with the label PORT 22. It was released on 18th April, 2020 on all music platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Shazam.

‘On My Mind' the first ever debut track produced by SE3K alongside Melli and Savio Mullen named was released on 18th May, 2020 by the world renowned label 'Sirup records' by EDX (DJ). The track blends the perfect balance between pop and electronic dance music. The track became an instant chart buster garnering over 50K+ streams on Spotify. The track also broke the charts in Beatport.

‘Coming Down' is the second track produced by SE3K along with KMAYU. The idea of the song began with the future bassline pattern, giving the whole track a proper “EDM” vibe and a structure. And, with SE3K's pop influenced sounds, it gave the record a complete new theme. Both artists have very distinctive and different sounds, where KMAYU focuses on heavy electronic music and SE3K has more melodic structure for pop and chill kind of music. There were three different iterations of the song along with two separate vocal samples. But the final render focused on bringing out best of both the artists and gave the track a theme they wanted it to be. “Coming Down” is a contrast vision of how you see the world from a different perspective and the final vocal melody gave the track a perfect identity of a future melodic house music. It was released on 26 May 2020 by the India's very own record label 'Play Life Records' started by DJ NYK. It was debuted at top of the charts on Apple Music in India.
