SaaS Labs is a California-based cloud platform that develops productivity and business process automation tools. It was founded in 2016 and has its headquarters in California and Noida.[1]

History

Before starting SaaS Labs, Gaurav Sharma, an NIT Warangal alumnus, founded HelloSociety, which was later acquired by New York Times in 2016.[2] He was also the co-founder of Pinpuff, later acquired by Science Inc in 2012.

SaaS Labs was founded in 2016 by Gaurav Sharma with two SaaS tools - JustCall and Helpwise.[3] JustCall helps users to set up a cloud-based contact centre while Helpwise allows users to consolidate all communication streams in a single shared inbox.[4][5]

In 2019, the company was named as the fifth fastest-growing company by Deloitte in 2019.[6]

In October 2021, the company raised $17 million as part of its Series A funding round from San Francisco-based early-stage venture capital firm Base10 Partners and Eight Roads Ventures.[7] In January 2022, the company raised $42 million in a Series B round led by Sequoia Capital.[8][9]

In January 2022, the company announced that it had acquired Poland-based CallPage[10] and France-based Atolia that provides workspace collaboration tools.[11][12]
