Saahil Karmally better known as Melli, is an Electronic dance music producer, re-mixer and DJ from Bengaluru, India.[1]
Career[edit]
Saahil Karmally studied at SAE Institute, Dubai. He released his music on labels such as Sirup Music, CYB3RPVNK Recordings, Scorpio Music, Tuvali Records and Viking Sound to name a few. He has also done an official remix for Tigerlily (DJ).[2]
His recently launched Arabic-tinged ethnic-pop song called 'Habibi' is a collaboration about love and unity during the COVID-19 pandemic. The song has been sung in Arabic, English and Hindi.[3]
Melli's songs have been featured on India and UK's music radio stations Indigo 91.9 FM and BBC Radio Asian Network. He also appeared on Hardwell's popular radio show Hardwell On Air.[4]
Melli has performed alongside Zaeden, Lost Stories, Quintino, Nucleya & other top ranked international acts. He is also known for his music features at popular events like Tomorrowland (festival) Belgium and other international events.
Melli's remix of Zaeden's ‘Tere Jaane Se’ placed in the top 3 of the ‘Tere Jaane Se Remix Competition’.
