Saal.ai is a UAE based artificial intelligence company founded in March 2018.[1]

One of Saal's products made headlines when Saal Mars launched at GESS (Global Educational Supplies and Solutions) 2018 [2] in Dubai, in partnership with Alef Education. Saal Mars is an AI-powered knowledge partner, enabling students to learn all about Mars and space travel to further reinforce their interest in STEM subjects.

Background[edit]

Saal is capable of performing cognitive tasks such as retrieval, inferencing and reasoning from data collected via multi-modal sensor inputs. By using the power of NLP (Text), Computer vision (Image), Automatic Speech Recognition (Speech) and drawing inspiration from Neuroscience and Philosophy, Saal is able to accomplish any goal. Inspirations from Neuroscience and Psychology about how humans solve problems drive Saal's knowledge representation framework allowing it to build models for reasoning to design and develop formalisms that can carry out complex tasks. Automation of various kinds of reasoning is accomplished through logic that is incorporated in these findings.
