Sachin Behera (born in 2000 in Larka village, Nuapada district, Odisha[2] [3]) is an Indian athlete who made a world record as the fastest knee strike in one minute, hitting the objects 137 times with two knees, in the category on March 10, 2019.[4]
Early Life & Background
He studied at Navajyoti Science College in Bbsr and later pursued a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) at Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital, Bhubaneshwar. [5]
His father, Laxmi Prasad Behera, is a teacher by profession, while his mother, Arati Behera, is a homemaker.[6] [7][3]
He said, "In future, I wish to break the national records & become the fastest male of India. Further, I would like to bring gold for India in the Olympics & other international events."[7]
