Samantha Grierson is a British playwright and a transformation and strategy director.
Career[edit]
Grierson created an LGBT+ network for the home repairs company, HomeServe. Her work included a pull campaign which encouraged HomeServe's employees to adopt a rainbow version of the company's logo for their email signatures. Grierson also organised pride events at the company's UK sites and prompted a review of their HR policies, leading them to introduce diverse interview panels and add the rainbow flag to their job adverts.[1]
Plays[edit]
Grierson has written three plays. Her first play, Crocodile tells the story of a lady in her thirties coming to terms with her autism and ADHD diagnosis. Her second play, mole is about a lonely autistic woman in her fifties who befriends the lady of the manor. Her third play, Diddy centres around an autistic protagonist called Diddy. Diddy is in her 40s and wants IVF.[2]
