Samsung Galaxy S21 is a line of Android-based smartphones designed, developed, marketed, and manufactured by Samsung Electronics as part of its Galaxy S series. The S21 will be introduced at an event held in 2021.
The S21 line consists of flagship Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+ models differentiated primarily by screen size, as well as a larger camera-focused model, the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
History[edit]
The title of the phone was originally presumed to be the Galaxy S21, due to it being the logical extension from the predecessor.[original research?]
Design[edit]
The Galaxy S21 series maintains a similar design with the Samsung Galaxy Note 20.
Specifications[edit]
Connectivity[edit]
Connectivity options have been improved with the implementation of 5G technology for all models. However, only Verizon models are compatible with ultra-fast millimeter-wave networks, and the audio jack has been omitted entirely.
Software[edit]
All three phones run on Android 11 and Samsung's custom skin One UI 3.0.
