Sanjeev Datta (born 13 October 1968) is an Indian educationist, mentor, teacher, trainer and master spirit life-success coach & curriculum consultant with expertise in the field of Personality Skills Education for children & adults.[1] He is the founder and owner of Sanjeev Datta Personality School. He is credited as the developer of TAM Theatrical Action Method ®️,[2] a special tool that can effectively test, determine and build persona & success traits in individuals. TAM development techniques have been effectively tested across schools & companies with students, parents, teachers & executives across Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) and other states of India.[3][4]
Early life[edit]
Sanjeev Datta was born in Jalandhar, Punjab on 13 October 1968 to Colonel BMS Datta and Usha Datta. Sanjeev Datta has Master's Degree in Education. He has been exposed to international cultures through his education & courses. He has also trained at London School of Dramatic Art.
Career[edit]
After completing his studies, Sanjeev Datta has worked as a Personality Skills Coach for more than fifteen years and has helped thousands of individuals to regain confidence through success counselling and mentoring. He introduced his TAM Theatrical Action Method®️to foster massive changes in children & adults.[5] He has successfully introduced and tested TAM at:
- Sanjeev Datta Personality Curriculum Club at more than 40 major schools of Delhi-NCR.
- Miss Personality®️, Mr Personality®️, National Championship, Personality Prince Personality Princess®️Zonal Contests, Strengths Kingdom Personality Pre School (Delhi and Jalandhar)
- Sanjeev Datta Personality School(16 Centres in Delhi-NCR) and
- PersonalityRich®️ Success Skills Seminars for various corporates, companies & National forums like Femina Miss India, Mr India & Miss Diva Miss Universe India.
Apart from developing Persona skills in preschoolers, kids, teenagers, college students & adults (women, executives), Sanjeev Datta with his TAM Train the trainer programs mentors candidates to become expert trainers, coaches, educators & edupreneurs to spread the benefits of his TAM techniques for effective Personality Transformation in India and other countries.[5]
Datta is currently the Personality Skills Mentor for International Pageants and trains Indian delegates to represent India at Miss World, Miss Universe, Mr World, Miss Supranational etc & has assisted in winning six International Pageant titles for India.[6] His students include Lopa Mudra, Srinidhi Shetty (Miss Supranational), Manushi Chhillar (Miss World), Rohit Khandelwal (Mr World Public Speaking training), Meenakshi Chaudhary (Miss Grand International 1st runner up), Jitesh Thakur (Mr Supranational 2nd Runners up) Prathamesh Maulingkar (Mr Supranational).[7]
He is also the Personality Development Expert panelist for Miss India Organisation.[6] He was the personal interview panelist and the official Personality Development Expert for Miss India, Mr India and Miss Diva-Miss Universe India.[7] He has trained the winners — Manushi Chhillar, Sana Dua and Priyanka Kumari for their respective international pageants.[8]

- For his commendable contributions in the field of education, Sanjeev Datta was featured in the coffee table book titled Traiblazers 2013, which was compiled by the Times of India and was named Educator 2014 in recognition of his contributions as a mentor and trainer.[9][10]
- Personality Skills Mentor for International pageants & Official personality development expert panelist for Femina Miss India 2017.[11]

Sanjeev Datta is married to Komal Datta and has a son Viram Datta who is a psychologist.
