Sapphire Partners, formally known as Sapphire Partners Group LLC, or "Sapphire" is an American private equity investment and consulting firm that invests in alternative assets such as affordable and luxury real estate. Sapphire operates across many of the primary metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) within the continental United States.[1] The company maintains three distinct business lines: acquisitions, asset management, and consulting.

Originally founded in early 2017 as the real estate consulting firm SAPREAS, Sapphire was rebranded to its present-day name in 2018 concurrently with the opening of both the acquisitions and asset management branches, as well as an additional principal to the firm's executive team.[1] Since its inception, Sapphire has built up its portfolio to over US$200M of assets between its and its clients' real estate holdings, and continues to expand its offerings in new and growing markets.

On March 1st, 2018, Sapphire announced that it had underwritten over US$3.0B of real estate assets.[2]
