Sarah Hartley is a British digital content producer, presenter, and runner, best known as a co-host and producer for the YouTube channel and media company The Running Channel. She also co-hosts the popular The Running Channel Podcast.

Career

Hartley began her career in digital media and production. She joined The Running Channel near its inception in 2018. Her role has expanded from behind-the-camera production work to becoming one of the channel's primary on-screen presenters.[1]

As a presenter, she is known for creating and hosting content that covers a wide range of running topics, including beginner-friendly guides, training advice, challenges, and gear reviews. Her presenting style is often described as relatable and engaging for runners of all ability levels. She is a regular co-host on The Running Channel Podcast alongside fellow presenter Andy Baddeley and Rick Kelsey.[2]

Running

Hartley is an avid runner herself. She began her running journey while at university in 2018, initially setting a goal to run a 5K.[3]

She has completed multiple marathons, including the London Marathon and the Chicago Marathon. She completed her first marathon in October 2021 and her first ultra marathon just two months later at Thailand by UTMB in December 2021.[4] Her marathon personal best (PB) is 3 hours and 49 minutes, which she achieved at the Osaka Marathon.[5]

Hartley resides in the United Kingdom. She is engaged to fellow runner and occasional The Running Channel contributor, Tom Dunn.[6]
