Sarvesh Singh is an Indian business executive, startup mentor, and executive coach. He is the Managing Director of Marichi Ventures and a Startup Mentor at T-Hub in Hyderabad. Singh has held senior roles at Novartis and ICON plc, and serves on the board of PHUSE and the advisory board of Abluva Inc.[1][2]
Early life and education
Singh holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands.[3] He is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential holder with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).[4]
Career
Singh has over two decades of corporate experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries. He joined ICON plc as Vice President and APAC Head of Data Management, overseeing clinical data management operations across the Asia-Pacific region. In 2017, he was appointed director of ICON’s Indian subsidiary.[5]
In 2021, Singh became Global Head of Strategy & Operations at Novartis, where he led strategic initiatives and operations in data-intensive functions.[6]
He left Novartis in late 2023 to establish Marichi Ventures LLP, a firm dedicated to leadership development, coaching, and consulting.[2]
Board and advisory roles
Since 2016, Singh has been on the Board of Directors of PHUSE (Pharmaceutical Users Software Exchange) as the Asia-Pacific Director, overseeing activities across the APAC region.[3]
In June 2024, he was appointed to the Advisory Board of Abluva Inc. a U.S.-based data protection company.[6]
He is also a mentor at T-Hub, an innovation incubator in Hyderabad.[3]
In 2025, Singh was listed as a Master Trainer in the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FTCCI) Leadership Development Program.[7]
Coaching and mentorship
Singh is an accredited executive coach with the ICF-PCC credential.[4] He provides coaching to business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, focusing on leadership development and career growth.
He has served as guest faculty at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hyderabad, and has led leadership development programs for corporate academies.[8]
He has spoken at conferences such as the DIA India conference (2019) and HR summits organized by FICCI.[9]
Awards and recognition
In 2024, Singh received the Economic Times Excellence Award (Telangana Edition) for Empowering Leadership.[1]
He has been profiled in The Tribune and other Indian media for his work in leadership development and startup mentorship.[2]
