The company was founded by Michelle Perez Patel in 2005. Patel worked at Heinz UFC Philippines, Inc., and Unilever-RFM Ice Cream, Inc., before setting up satisFIND. Patel met Kaiz Patel in Singapore during the international conference organised by the mystery shopping industry. Kaiz worked in India’s mystery shopping industry and was the proprietor of Kaiz Consulting Services, while Patel was a brand marketer. The duo decided to merge their businesses into a single entity.[1][2]

SatisFIND offers customer and employee experience management for small and medium businesses in hospitality, travel, and retail. creator of trust experience management. Over the past 18 years, it has enabled employees to receive mystery shopping feedback that measures consistency. The insights it collects from the surveys are used to co-create upskilling solutions to accelerate business results.[3]
Since 2005, satisFIND has worked with small and large businesses in the service industry to improve their understanding of their customer and frontline experiences. Today, it has a community of customers and mystery shoppers across 50 countries.
