Biography[edit]
Paul Balarsky was born in 2001. He went to Shawlands Primary primary school and graduated into Shawlands Academy in 2013. He left high school but was soon being investigated for numerous claims of sexual assault that occurred during his time in high school.
Crime & Punishment[edit]
Despite the initial court date being delayed because of the COVID-19 outbreak[2] his case continued from 2020 to 2021. Despite his claims that it was a "misunderstanding" and that one of the girls had lied[3], he was found guilty of four counts of sexual assault and sentencing was to be conducted in the following month. On March 26th 2021 Paul Balarsky was imposed a Community Payback Order on Paul Balarsky, with a supervision period of 3 years and a requirement to carry out 300 hours of unpaid work or other activity within the next 12 months.[4]
