Shaykh Mahmudul Hasan (Bengali: শায়খ মাহমুদুল হাসান) is a journalist[1][2][3], author[4] and Islamic scholar.[5] He is also director of TV One UK.[6]
Early life[edit]
Shaykh Mahmudul Hasan was born on 15 June 1976.[7][8] in Chittagong city of Bangladesh.[9] He started his career as a teacher at Al Jamia Al Islamia Patia (Bengali: আল জামিয়া আল ইসলামিয়া পটিয়া).[10] He is the Principal of Southend Islamic Academy and Khateeb at Essex Jamme Masjid, UK.[11][12] He is also a Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of London, UCL Institute of Education.[13]
