Sjåböljarb (Swedish: Sjåböljarb, "Proto-Indo-Euro-Norsk: 𐎿𐎩𐎲𐎢𐎾𐎹𐎢𐎲") is a dish of Swedish origin, starting as a myth originating in Scandinavia in the early 7th century. It was believed to be an elongated soft or hard Boiled Egg.
While the dish originated as a myth, in recent times Swedes have begun recreating the dish using alternative methods. There is now a tradition in small Swedish communities where faux-Sjåböljarb is prepared and its history celebrated.
