Snow Ma (Chinese: 马雪,born May 29, 1980）;is a Producer, Planner of Film & TV programs, entrepreneur, hostess, showbiz critic,columnist, program planner, former hostess of China National Radio and Korea Broadcasting System (KBS) World Radio; judge for the TV section of Magnolia Awards, Shanghai TV Festival.[1][2][3]

2004, worked as the head of Korean Reporters Center of Enlight Media.
2006, established KONA M&E Company in Korea and served as its director; established Beijing KONA International Culture Communication Co., Ltd. in the same year and served as its CEO.
2012, produced the web-drama co-produced, Secret Angle.[4]
2014, led the Chinese and the Korean teams of KONA to create the first “prank” reality TV show, 《Secretly and Greatly》, which won the Best Online Variety Show Award in 2014;
2015, established Hebao Entertainment Media Co., Ltd. as a major investor and served as its General Manager.
January, 2015, worked as the chief producer and presenter of Zhejiang TV reality show, 《You Are Always by My Side》, which won the Best Original Program of the Year Award at 2015 Global Culture & Entertainment Ceremony.
June, 2015, invited to be the judge for the variety show section of Magnolia Awards at the 21st Shanghai TV Festival.
July, 2015, worked as the chief producer of Real Hero, a major sport reality show produced by Jiangsu TV, which was named the Most Influential Program in 2015 by Global Times.[5][6]
2016, invested in and produced 《You Are Always by My Side season 2》; [7]
December, 2016, won “Cultural Exchange Award” presented by the South Korean Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the 8th Korean Culture Award Ceremony.
June, 2016, invited to be the judgefor the variety show section of Magnolia Awards at the 22nd Shanghai TV Festival.
2016, established Star Century Pictures Co., Ltd. and served as its President; produced two films, 《Explosion》 and The 《Thousand Faces of Dunjia》.[8]
June, 2017, invited to be the judge for thevariety show section of Magnolia Awards at the 23rdShanghai TV Festival.
2017, The movie 《Explosion》 was selected as the closing ceremony movie of the 20th Shanghai International Film Festival. It was named the best action design of the 54th Golden Horse Awards.[9][10]
