SpaceCamp is an upcoming American space adventure film produced by Walt Disney Pictures for Disney+. A remake of the 1986 film of the same name by 20th Century Fox, the film will be written by Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell.
Synopsis[edit]
While attending an space camp near Cape Canaveral, Florida, a group of teens is accidentally launched into space inside a space shuttle, forcing them to work together in order to find oxygen and return to Earth.[1]

On January 10, 2020, it was reported that Walt Disney Pictures is developing a remake of 20th Century Fox's 1983 film SpaceCamp, marking the first time Disney produced a film based on a Fox property.[1] Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell are attached as writers.[1]
Release[edit]
SpaceCamp is set to be released on Disney+, though there isn't a release date announced.[1]
