St. Joseph's College, Jakhama Spring Fest, or simply known as Spring Fest, is an annual social and cultural festival held during the month of March at St. Joseph's College, Jakhama.[1] The two-day festival attracts students between 3500–4000 each year.

The festival is organised by the Innovators Club in collaboration with the St. Joseph's College, Jakhama Students' Council.

History[edit]

With an idea to preserve the rich Naga culture and heritage, the first edition of the Spring Fest was held in the month of March 2014.[2]

Activities[edit]

The festival showcases various events such as Traditional Wrestling, Traditional Car Racing, Folk Dance, Bamboo Walk, Fire Making, Beat Contest, Ethnic Fashion Show, etc

Apart from holding cultural activities the festival the festival also holds other events such as Beat Contests, Rock Shows, Modern Dance, Music, etc.
