Stephen White is a Canadian software developer employed by Google working on Google Chrome as a Webkit contributor[1] and maintainer of the Skia Graphics Engine.[2] Stephen was also the creator of MOO,[3] the Object-Oriented Multi-user Dungeon and Dune,[4] the VRML97 editor. In 2002 Stephen was nominated along with Andrew Gavin for Excellence in Programming at the Game Developer Choice Awards held at the 2002 Game Developer Conference. The nomination was for White's work on the game Jak and Daxter for the Playstation 2.
